CHA Clinical Practice Guidelines

CHA recognises the excellent work done by many hospitals and agencies in developing clinical practice guidelines for paediatrics.  Many of our member hosptials provide a library of guidelines and parent information sheets which are accessible via their websites.  A library of links to websites which contain paediatric clinical pracitce guidelines is available on the CHA Member 's website.

Rather than duplicate effort CHA is working collaboratively with a group of experts and organisations to develop a web-based resource of evidence based clinical practice guidelines for paediatrics.   This resource is intended to provide guidance to hospitals and health professionals on where to access high quality clinical practice guidelines as well as advice on adapting and implementing guidelines locally.  It is also envisaged that families will be able to access associated advice and information about each listed guideline.
